Terms of Use - Israel English Maps

The use of the site maps ("Site") is subjected to the terms and conditions mentioned hereby. The terms for using the data and systems of the Site were created for the review of the Site users/visitors and acceptance of them is a preliminary and necessary condition for surfing this Site.
There is no contractual or other obligation between Atlas Cartographic Technologies Ltd. ("Atlas") and the user. Surfing this Site doesn't create any legal bonding between the Site and/or Atlas and the user.
To remove any doubts, this Terms of Use don't apply to any other sites even if there are links to these other sites in the Site.

Privacy

Atlas will be allowed to use the information provided by the Site users and the data gathered about the using pattern of the Site in order to improve the services offered by it, for internal statistical analysis and for third parties analysis including advertisers. Atlas will not transfer any personal information of the Site users to other additional party.

Cookies

Atlas makes use of Cookies in the Site in order to improve the speed and efficiency of the mapping system used by users of the Site, and in order to collect statistical data about the usage of the Site, its services and the GIS data included in it. By using the collected data Atlas will improve the Site and adapt it better to the needs of the users.
Cookies are text files installed in the hard disk of the user's computer while surfing in the Site. The Cookies do not revile any user personal information. The user can at any time delete the Cookies stored on its computer's hard disk. The Cookies are found in the following directory:
c:\windows\Temporary Internet Files or c:\windows\cookies\.

Advertising and Commercial Data

Atlas will not have any responsibility and/or liability for the content of the advertisements and commercial data published on the Site. The publication of these advertisements by the Site owner does not form any recommendation or encouragement to purchase the goods or services offered by them.

Any commercial use of the maps and any part therein are strictly forbidden.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights and Intellectual Property of the Site design, software code, system, application, graphics, text and any other material included in the Site are the exclusive property of Atlas Cartographic Technologies LTD ("ATLAS"). The copyrights of the maps and the maps database are the exclusive property of MAPA - Mapping and Publishing Ltd. ("MAPA").
Changes, copy, distribution, publish or transfers to third party and any commercial use are forbidden without specific prior written permission of Atlas, and MAPA if it relates to maps.
The user of the Site acknowledges that the copyrights and Intellectual Property of the maps displayed in this Site by Atlas, according to the Terms of Use, belong to MAPA. The permission to use the Site maps is given only to the Site users.

Responsibility

The user of this Site acknowledges that he is aware to mistakes or absences in the application and the data of the database. Atlas or MAPA will not be responsible or liable for any use made by the user in the Site both to application and database, and for any damages or profit losses or any outcome which may be caused from using them directly and indirectly. The usage of information derived from the Site is made on the user's solely responsibility.
Atlas is not responsible in any way towards the Site users for the availability or intactness of the mapping system and for any interruption or problem whatsoever during the Site usage due to map failure or any other reason.

Entering the Site means acceptance of this Terms of Use by the user.

Governing Law

The above terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Israel, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. The user agrees to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the court house of Tel-Aviv County in Israel, for any and all disputes, claims and actions arising from or in connection with the Site, this Terms of Use, and/or Site usage provided to him hereunder.

Terms Changes

This Terms of Use Statement is effective as of February 1st, 2006. Atlas may change this Statement from time to time, for any reason, without notice. We recommend that users/visitors to this Site re-visit this Statement on occasion to learn of updates and changes to our policy. This Statement is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
