Geo Services
Geo services are web-based applications that use mapping data and related functionality to perform geographical tasks on a client-server environment. The geo services provided by AtlasCT are designed both for web and mobile platforms, among are Maps, Geocode, Reverse Geocode, Route, points-of-interest (POIs). These services utilize AtlasCT’s leading edge technology based on vector maps and streaming technology. The result is high quality maps visualization and fast response of service application. All geo services are downloaded in real time (online) to the client (desktop browser, mobile device, etc.) from the AtlasNET servers. These servers are spread throughout several server farms located around the globe, ensuring high availability and scalability of the geo services. Additional geo services are available and provided upon customers requirements, including real time traffic information, weather forecasts, satellite imagery, aerial photos and more.
